Returns & Exchanges
Ceylon Threads has a very strict quality control mechanism in place to ensure that our customers receive the finest quality items. However, if a consumer is unhappy with a purchase, we will gladly exchange it.
- The products should be in unworn condition with all tags intact. Ceylon Threads holds all rights to not accept the products incase they are used or damaged by the customer.
- We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 calendar days to request a return after receiving your goods.
- Returns can be exchanged for a different size, an alternative product (subject to stock availability), or a shop credit to be used on future purchases.
-The consumer is responsible for any return or exchange costs. Please read through our sizing chart thoroughly before confirming any orders. Please contact us at email@example.com or speak to us on the live chat if you require any support.
- Any and all clearance or sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
- International orders are not eligible for exchange or return.
- On any order, we do not provide a refund. You can, however, request a credit note that will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue and will not include shipping expenses.
-In any situation, if Ceylon Threads ships you a faulty product or the incorrect order, we are responsible for all return/exchange charges and replace it with a fresh one within 12 days.
- Actual colors of the clothing may vary. This is due to computer monitors displaying colors differently and everyone can see these colors differently.
Please keep in mind that one of the beauties of linen fibers is their natural imperfections, which make each item genuinely unique.
